FAIRFAX, VA ---October 11, 2007. Effective October 1, 2007, the ExxonMobil shareholders of Esso spol s.r.o. (“Esso Czechia”) and Esso Slovensko spol s.r.o. (“Esso Slovakia”) sold their entire shareholdings in Esso Czechia and Esso Slovakia, to Eni International B.V. and Eni Oil Holdings B.V., which are companies fully owned by Eni S.p.A., the ultimate parent company of the Eni Group.

FAIRFAX, VA ---August 27, 2007. The ExxonMobil shareholders of oy ESSO ab (i.e. Esso Finland) have sold their shareholding in oy ESSO ab, effective 1 July 2007. From this date St1 Finland Oy will be the new shareholder in oy ESSO ab.
