SALE OF ESSO EASTERN EUROPEAN COMPANIES

FAIRFAX, VA ---October 11, 2007. Effective October 1, 2007, the ExxonMobil shareholders of Esso spol s.r.o. (“Esso Czechia”) and Esso Slovensko spol s.r.o. (“Esso Slovakia”) sold their entire shareholdings in Esso Czechia and Esso Slovakia, to Eni International B.V. and Eni Oil Holdings B.V., which are companies fully owned by Eni S.p.A., the ultimate parent company of the Eni Group.

After 1 October 2007 the businesses of Esso Czechia and Esso Slovakia are continuing as-is under new ownership. Esso Czechia and Esso Slovakia will continue to supply aircrafts at Prague Airport (PRG) and Bratislava Airport (BTS) under the Eni/Agip brand. ExxonMobil Aviation customer's contracts were assigned to Eni for performance with effect from 1 October 2007 i.e. Eni will supply customers from 1 October 2007 until the end of the customer's contract term under the terms and conditions originally agreed with ExxonMobil. All deliveries made before 1 October 2007 will be invoiced by ExxonMobil Aviation and payable to ExxonMobil Aviation.

The contact details for customers at PRG and BTS were provided to Eni and letters were posted to customers advising them that any queries relating to product supply at PRG and BTS from 1 October 2007 should be directed to:

Acceptance of the Airworld Card at PRG and BTS was terminated with effect from 1 October 2007. Letters were posted to Airworld Card customers with frequent liftings at PRG and BTS to inform them of this outcome.
